10% Sulfur & 3% Salicylic Acid Bar Soap

Soaps that contain 10% Sulfur and 3% Salicylic Acid were popularized by Fostex (made by Westwood Pharmaceuticals [becoming Bristol-Myers Squibb] from 1955-2007), SAStid (made by Steifel Labs from 1964-2010, SAL4 (made by Braunfels Labs from 2000-2018), and DermaHarmony (1997-Present)‡. We're the last of the big four that still make medicated soap.  This is an extremely popular bar soap used by dermatologists everywhere for 50+ years.  An OTC monograph does not exist for 10% & 3%, so this is a claimless product.

We make a lower strength 5% Sulfur and 3% Salicylic Acid OTC bar soap with an indication for Dandruff, Seborrheic Dermatitis, and Psoriasis.

Product Claim: Cleansing skin afflicted with Acne and Seborrheic Dermatitis.

Warnings: For external use only. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If soap gets into eyes, rinse with water. If swallowed, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Sulfur tarnishes silver jewelry. 

Directions: For best results use daily. Work up a rich later using warm water and gently massage into problem areas.  Soap should stay in contact with skin for 60-90 seconds.  Rinse well.
